This can sometimes be stressful, especially when you don’t know what to do with all those emotions. I believe everyone has went through some form of trauma or not, and needs an outlet to deal with it I typically do about 2000 stairs or more and lift minimum weights and I’m fixing to move my weight class up, but I typically focus on my cardio. Women believe are built for being more on the endurance side of things while men are more muscular. So use that advantage.😻
