A 'glow up' isn't just about changing your appearance; it’s also about boosting your self-esteem and well-being. Start by assessing your skincare routine. A well-hydrated face often looks more youthful and vibrant. Ensure you're using products that suit your skin type, and consider incorporating serums or masks for an extra boost. Next, explore makeup options that enhance your natural features. A touch of highlighter can bring a fresh glow, while tinted moisturizers can even out skin tone without the heaviness of makeup. Don't forget the power of eyebrows; well-groomed brows can instantly elevate your look. Lastly, style your hair to complement your features. A new haircut or color can often feel like a fresh start. If you’re unsure where to start, checking out beauty tutorials online can spark inspiration. Remember, the goal is to feel confident in your own skin while experimenting with different styles. These enhancements can contribute to your overall glow up journey!

Personally, when I’m in a mental rut with my self confidence, I do more self care. Skincare, makeup, nice smelling perfumes/lotions, stuff like that, and it’s bc it doesn’t change the way I look, it simply accentuates what features I enjoy and makes the ones I don’t look prettier. But girl, you’re gorgeous as is!
