Overall meaning
Mid-Autumn Festival, is a major tradition of Chinese and Chinese communities around the world, including Thailand.
It is held on the night of the day, 15 dusk, 8 on the Chinese calendar (usually corresponding to late September-early October of the international calendar).
Considered a full moon night, the most beautiful and brightest in a year, it conveys integrity, love, family bonds and auspiciousness.

"Chang'e," the wife of "Ho Yee," an archer who shot down nine suns, drank elixirs and floated to the moon.
