The job interview didn't pass.
Doesn't mean we're not good.
Doesn't mean we have no value.
And that doesn't mean good opportunities won't come to us again.
It could just mean
That's not our rhythm right now. ☁️
On a disappointed day.
Try to be a little more kind to yourself.
1. Give yourself time to regret first
Don't rush to be strong right away.
Disappointed. Sad.
Because we used to be serious about it
2. Don't blame yourself too much.
Failure to pass the interview has many factors.
Something may not be about our abilities at all.
3. Calmly review
See what's done well.

Eat delicious things
Listen to the music you like
Take a walk
Or take a break from thinking about work for a moment.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่เจอกับความผิดหวังหลังสัมภาษณ์งานไม่ผ่าน ผมเข้าใจดีว่าความรู้สึกนั้นเจ็บปวดแค่ไหน เพราะเตรียมตัวอย่างหนัก ตั้งใจเต็มที่ แล้วสุดท้ายก็ไม่ได้ผลลัพธ์ตามที่หวังไว้ แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือการให้โอกาสตัวเองได้ยอมรับความรู้สึกนั้นก่อน ไม่ต้องรีบข่มใจให้เข้มแข็งทันที เพราะความเศร้าหรือผิดหวังเป็นธรรมชาติ และเป็นสัญญาณว่าเราให้น้ำหนักกับสิ่งนั้นจริงๆ ถัดมาคือการไม่โทษตัวเองจนเกินไป เพราะหลายครั้งผลลัพธ์ไม่ได้แปลว่าเราขาดความสามารถ อาจเป็นเพราะหลายปัจจัยที่เราไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ เช่น ความต้องการของบริษัท รูปแบบการสัมภาษณ์ หรือแม้แต่การจับคู่ความเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งงาน หลังจากนั้น ผมมักจะทบทวนอย่างใจเย็น ว่าส่วนไหนที่ทำได้ดี และควรปรับปรุงอะไรในครั้งหน้า เพื่อเปลี่ยนความผิดหวังให้กลายเป็นบทเรียนและเพิ่มโอกาสในอนาคต รวมถึงหากิจกรรมเล็กๆ ที่ช่วยฮีลใจ เช่น การกินของโปรด ฟังเพลงโปรด หรือเดินเล่นในที่สงบ จะช่วยผ่อนคลายความเครียดและทำให้จิตใจกลับมาสดชื่น สุดท้าย ผมเชื่ออย่างแน่นอนว่าโอกาสใหม่ยังรอเราอยู่เสมอ แม้ประตูหนึ่งจะปิดลงแต่ประตูใหม่ที่เหมาะกับเราและเปิดรับความสามารถของเราอยู่นั้นจะเข้ามาในเวลาอันเหมาะสม ขอให้อย่ายอมแพ้และเชื่อมั่นในคุณค่าของตัวเองครับ การรักษาความสุขใจและการเตรียมพร้อมรับโอกาสครั้งใหม่ จึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้เราผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากนี้ไปได้อย่างเข้มแข็งและมั่นใจมากขึ้น
