I was never pregnant, but I heard that when you do give birth you should elevate yourself as much as you can while also remaining comfortable. Sitting upright is proven to make the baby come faster. I am so so happy for you and I’m giving you my deepest congratulations 💕💕
I had my first back in January. Personally id recommend being super relaxed in the last trimester and in labor. Relaxing during braxton hicks make them so much more manageable, and also breathing through a contraction and focusing on JUST breathing will help alot as well. But also dont be nervous if it takes awhile
