I have fun being a vegan. learning different dishes cooking different foods I never ate before experimenting with different herbs and spices! This is truly a journey 😊

Recipe:

1 cup of lentils

two small zucchinis

1/2 yellow pepper

cilantro

Italian seasoning

Himalayan salt

garlic powder

pinch of pepper

Sriracha

You're going to cook the lentils as directed on the bag to your liking I use one cup. then you are going to slice up your zucchinis slice up your pepper and put them in a skillet with olive oil to sear. after they are cooked 5 minutes you're going to add garlic powder Himalayan salt and Italian seasoning and toss. this is a 30 minute meal meal when cooking lentils from scratch. garnish with cilantro when done.!#veganrecipeideas #veganlifestyle #spiritualjourney
