Start the day with me in the salon!
Starting everyday early in the salon helps me really wake up and get ready to take clients. I may not be the best at making my bed in the morning but I love to set the salon up to be the most relaxing and productive space for the rest of the stylists and equally as peaceful and clean for the clients as soon as they walk in.
•Making sure the shampoo room is stocked
•Making hot towels (not a necessity but a luxury clients love)
•Ensuring all of us have Foils to give all the highlights because we go through a LOT
•Setting fun music to vibe to so it’s not just an awkwardly quiet room
I do all of these things every morning just like everyone makes their coffee and brushes their teeth. It’s a routine I’ve gotten down and have grown to keep up with well. I hope to see more people in my chair at this beautiful salon I take so much pride in working at :)
