Addiction?

#emergingcreator

I was told that I have a problem, and the first step to getting help is admitting so 🫣🤷🏾‍♀️.

What you see isn’t all of it neither. My bathroom holds some things as well. 😮‍💨

It took on a life of its own

From my experience, it’s not just about the visible symptoms or the behaviors others can see; addiction often hides in the everyday corners of life, like personal spaces—my bathroom held secrets no one initially knew about. In my journey, accepting that 'I have a problem' opened the door to genuine help and support. I realized that addiction is a complex challenge that can slowly take control before you even notice. This hidden nature means that sometimes even we ourselves are unaware of the extent until a wake-up call arrives. What helped me most was understanding addiction as more than a physical dependency—it’s an emotional and psychological struggle too. This perspective shift made me kinder to myself, acknowledging that seeking assistance is a sign of strength rather than weakness. For anyone reading this and feeling a similar struggle, remember that admitting the issue is not the end but the beginning of a new chapter. Surround yourself with supportive people, professional advice when needed, and stay committed to the process. Recovery is a journey, often nonlinear but entirely possible. Every small step counts toward reclaiming control and building a healthier life.

This is how it starts lol… my down fall was this app. I would always run to find the newest popular viral stuff. I went from barely having stuff to overly stocked to the point I had to start selling stuff and giving it away. 😭
