Looking back, I realize that college isn't just about academic achievements but also about the meaningful connections you build along the way. These friendships become a support system, helping you navigate challenges and celebrate milestones. Graduation is a mixed bag of emotions. While it marks a significant accomplishment and the start of a new chapter, it also brings a sense of loss — not just of a place but of daily interactions with your closest friends. The thought of leaving behind the people who’ve shared countless memories can be overwhelming. Yet, it's these shared experiences at UofSC that have shaped who I am today. Embracing these feelings and cherishing each moment with my besties has made this transition a bit easier. Staying connected beyond college through calls, visits, and social media has been vital in keeping our friendship alive. For anyone feeling the same way, remember that these bonds are resilient and that your college community is something to treasure forever.
