「焼鳥 ハレツバメ 新宿アイランドタワー店」って、店名で検索すると夜の居酒屋イメージが強いんですが、ランチが想像以上に使いやすかったです。私が行った日は雨であまり移動したくなくて、アイランドタワー内で完結できるのが助かりました。駅直結のビルって、天気が悪い日ほどありがたみ増しますよね。 今回の目的は“いろいろちょっとずつ”の「肉・魚・野菜のおかず七種定食（1,300円）」。「野菜のおかず七種定食」表記も見かけますが、実際は天ぷら3種や刺身なども入っていて、バランス良くつまめるのが魅力でした。外でこの品数を揃えるのはなかなか難しいので、定食派には刺さると思います。 個人的に嬉しかったポイントが、ご飯・お味噌汁・お漬物がお代わり自由なところ。私は最初から欲張らず“十五穀米（雑穀米）”にして、最初の1杯はおかずを一通り味見する用、2杯目はお気に入りのおかずに全集中する用、みたいに楽しみました。おかずが多いと、ご飯の食べ方を選べるのが良いですね。 あと、注文がQRコード式で店内Wi‑Fiあり。お昼どきの混雑時でも店員さんを呼ばなくて済むのは気楽でした（スマホの充電だけ注意）。一方で、七種定食みたいに品数が多いメニューは、タイミングによって提供が少し遅めになることもありそう。私の場合は「先にご飯セットを取りに行く」→「おかず待ち」だったので、気になる人は“おかずが来そうなタイミングで取りに行く”作戦もアリです。 メニュー的には「炭火焼鳥ひつまぶし膳」も見かけて、次はそれと迷うところ。がっつり行きたい日はひつまぶし、いろいろ食べたい日は七種定食、みたいに気分で選べるのがハレツバメの良さだと思います。 まとめると、ハレツバメ新宿（アイランドタワー）で“コスパ良く、彩り豊かな定食ランチ”を探している人にはかなりおすすめ。西新宿でランチ難民になりがちな日ほど、選択肢に入れておくと助かります。
