Fraud is a Felony Humana

... Read moreDealing with the reality of fraud enforcement reveals a troubling imbalance between how corporations and individuals are treated under the law. From my experience observing discussions around healthcare and insurance fraud, it’s evident that large companies such as Humana and other insurance providers often face minimal consequences compared to individuals accused of similar offenses. This discrepancy can be attributed to several factors, including the complexity of corporate structures, the influence corporations wield in government and policy-making, and the resources they use to defend themselves. Individuals, especially those from poorer communities, often experience severe repercussions because they lack legal representation and the means to navigate complex legal systems. Meanwhile, corporations can employ teams of lawyers and lobbyists to minimize penalties or delay proceedings effectively. This creates a sense of injustice and frustration among ordinary citizens who witness what appears to be impunity for large entities. The term "fraud is a felony" should apply equally, yet the enforcement gap highlights systemic issues in addressing corruption and fraud within the insurance industry and beyond. Awareness and advocacy are crucial; by sharing personal stories and demanding transparency in investigations involving corporations like Humana, we can begin to challenge this imbalance. Engaging with government officials, supporting equitable fraud legislation, and encouraging whistleblower protections are practical steps to ensure fraudsters—regardless of size—are held accountable. In my view, increasing public understanding of insurance fraud cases, how corporate fraud impacts taxpayers, and identifying mechanisms protecting wealthy entities are essential. Only through combined public pressure and legal reform can fair accountability be restored, safeguarding individuals and upholding justice in fraud-related crimes.

Do you KNOW that this is a very simple process or is that just how you FEEL. I worked in insurance TRUST me this is not your insurance company this is a process set up by the government. Like I said USED to work for insurance and I can't stand insurance companies now so I am not trying to stick up for insurance but I know this as fact.
