I like to eat red meat like once a week. I didn’t know Aldi had so many options.

- thin slice ribeye:

cal: 280-311 / 4oz - pro: 20g

super fast to cook. I love this with peppers and sauteed mushrooms. Easy dinner idea that on my weekly meal prep rotation.

would buy

- top sirloin bacon wrapped:

cal: 310 / filet- pro:24g

I love filets it’s easy to portion. And I like that the bacon comes wrapped already so you don’t have to buy it separately.

Would buy

- strip steak:

cal: 260/4oz - pro: 23g

is really lean. So good for grilling. And this portion is huge. I’d probably make a chili with this. I usually get leaner cuts of meat so this is perfect for meal prep.

Would buy.

- top sirloin steak:

cal: 240/4oz - pro: 23g

really lean. I like making steak bites with this with garlic butter. Or any stir frys.

Would buy.

- petite sirloin steak:

cal: 170/4oz- pro: 24g

amazing price and you get 3 pieces. I would eat this for bfast with over easy eggs.

- ny strip steak:

cal: 280/4 oz- pro: 21g

usually my go too if I want a steak dinner. It’s usually a little cheaper then a ribeye. It’s grass fed at a really great price.

Would buy.

- ribeye steak:

cal: 390/4 oz - pro: 18g

what a great find. It’s a little smaller then usual. Ribeyes are so juicy. It has a lot of fat so it taste really yummy. Fat is where the flavor is.

Would buy.

What I love most is the variety of cuts they offer at reasonable prices, making it easy to experiment with different recipes without breaking the bank. For fast dinners, the thin slice ribeye is a lifesaver—it's quick to cook and pairs wonderfully with simple sides like sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers. Having it on my weekly meal prep rotation helps me save time during busy workweeks. The bacon-wrapped top sirloin is another favorite, especially because Aldi conveniently includes the bacon already wrapped around the steak, saving me a prep step. If you’re into grilling, the lean strip steak is excellent, offering a large portion that’s perfect for hearty meals or even making chili. The petite sirloin steak caught my eye for its affordability and comes as a pack of three, which I enjoy having for breakfast with over-easy eggs. One thing to note is that Aldi’s ribeye steak is grass-fed, which provides a richer flavor thanks to its natural fat content. Though the portion size might be slightly smaller than other brands, the quality and juiciness make up for it. I also appreciate the detailed nutrition information Aldi provides on the packaging, so you can make informed choices about calorie and protein intake. Overall, shopping for steak at Aldi has been a game-changer for me. It brings convenience to my meal planning and lets me enjoy a tasty variety of cuts suitable for different cooking methods. If you’re watching macros or just want to savor good steak without a premium price tag, Aldi is definitely worth checking out.
