Another fun writing activity that’s perfect for the week of Halloween! I love using it to review descriptive and sensory language, and the kids always get so into it.

I highly recommend writing alongside your students and building in time for them to share with the class or a shoulder partner. Every year when the bell rings, I have students say things like, “Woah, I can’t believe class is over!” or “Can we do that again tomorrow?” It really is such a fun activity, and you can easily tie in several writing and grammar standards as well.

I already have this activity ready to go in my “teacher drive”. Also, since making this video, I’ve added several more resources and activities to my October/Halloween folder! 🎃 #teachersoftiktok #middleschoolteacher #halloweenactivities #writinglessons #newteacher
