Loud life, louder in my head.
Hi, I’m M.S.
Mum of two.
Building things while my brain is screaming.
This is where I dump pretty things, messy thoughts, mom life, and whatever I’m creating next.
Not a niche. Just a mood. 🖤✨
Being a mom myself, I truly relate to the challenge of managing a 'loud life' that’s even louder inside the head. It often feels like your mind is racing at full speed while you’re trying to get through the day, juggling kids, household tasks, and personal projects. One helpful approach I’ve found is embracing the chaos rather than fighting it. This means allowing yourself to accept the messiness and imperfections as part of real life. For example, organizing strategies don’t have to be perfect—they just need to make your daily routine a bit easier. Embracing small, achievable systems can reduce mental clutter, even if everything isn’t perfectly tidy. Another important lesson is learning to let go—of expectations, guilt, or the need for everything to be flawless. This mindset shift has been vital in helping me create space for creativity and self-care amidst the noise. Journaling or dumping your thoughts onto paper when your brain is screaming can also provide relief, allowing you to process feelings without overwhelm. Remember that mom life is multifaceted; it’s not just routines but also emotions, personal growth, and creative expression. Sharing your journey, including the messy parts and the beautiful moments, builds connection and support among other parents navigating similar experiences. Ultimately, living loud internally while managing an active lifestyle is a unique mood—a blend of chaos and calm, challenges and joy. It’s okay to have days that feel overwhelming, as long as you keep embracing who you are in that moment and celebrate the progress you’re making every day.
