What I ate in my first trimester
•I was so nauseous my entire fist trimester of pregnancy and the only thing that got me out of the nausea was 🍉 🍓🍎
•hydrating fruit salad
-apple
-watermelon
-peaches
-strawberry
-blackberry
Soooo good! Good for you, mom and baby, so I'd take that as a win!!
•berry’s and yogurt 10/10 breakfast
•Protein meal. I personally prefer to don’t eat red meat so to replace it I made some lentil protein style burgers 10/10 🍔
-You put the lentils to cook and when they are ready, remove the water. add a little ground oats until they form a dough. Add carrot and a little bit of cilantro. salt and pepper to taste. and cook them the same as hamburgers add your favorite toppings and DONEEEE!!

The first trimester of pregnancy can be challenging, especially for many women who experience nausea and food aversions. It's crucial to focus on a balanced diet that supports both maternal health and the developing baby. Hydration is key, and fruits like watermelon, strawberries, and apples not only soothe nausea but also provide essential vitamins. Adding yogurt can boost calcium intake, beneficial for both maternal bone health and fetal development. For protein, consider plant-based sources like lentils, which are rich in nutrients, iron, and fiber. Lentil burgers are an excellent alternative for meat, as they are easy to prepare and can be customized with various toppings, offering a satisfying meal without the heaviness of red meat. Furthermore, it’s essential to listen to your body's needs during this phase. If certain foods trigger nausea, focus on those that bring comfort. Many mothers find that small, frequent meals of easily digestible foods help maintain energy levels without overwhelming their stomachs. Always consult with your healthcare provider for personalized dietary recommendations to ensure you and your baby are receiving the right nutrients.
