If you're short on time but still want to hit a full-body workout, incorporating compound bodyweight exercises like halos and squats can be a game changer. In my experience, doing 3 sets of halos helps activate and warm up the shoulders while engaging core muscles. Adding squats ensures your lower body gets equal attention, enhancing muscle balance. A favorite shoulder circuit I use involves drop sets, starting with 15 reps and gradually decreasing by 5 reps per set. This approach effectively fatigues the muscles, promoting strength and endurance without needing extra weights. For glute activation, exercises like donkey kicks and pulse variations are excellent. I like to perform 15 reps of donkey kicks followed by pulsing to failure, which really targets the booty muscles for growth and toning. Finishing with rainbow kicks to failure challenges muscle endurance and adds some dynamic mobility. Remember to maintain proper form in bodyweight workouts to avoid injury. If you aren’t breaking a sweat, try increasing your reps or adding another set. Quick, no-equipment workouts like this are perfect for busy schedules and still deliver impressive results when done consistently.
