Hey girl, just a quick tip. Pouring your shot directly over ice causes a reaction and shocks the espresso. Idk the exact science behind it but it alters the flavor tremendously! Baristas do syrups, shot, then the milk and mix before adding ice! I’ve recently started doing that order and that flavor difference is insane!
