It’s not always about being sad or depressed; sometimes, it’s about carrying something heavy inside that doesn’t break us but changes our outlook. Recognizing this feeling helped me not to judge myself harshly or rush to force happiness. Instead, I focused on small things that bring comfort, like quiet moments, connecting with understanding friends, or creative expression. If you relate, know that it’s okay to feel this way. You’re not broken—just navigating a new inner space. Taking gentle care of yourself and allowing time for healing can gradually bring back more smiles in their own way.
