Brunch is always better at home 🫶
Two of my brunch favorites, scones and quiche.
For the scones, I combined a bunch scone recipes I saw online, and used frozen strawberries, then topped with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries.
For the quiche, I generally followed Smitten Kitchen’s recipe for sheet pan spinach quiche, except that I fried up some bacon lardons, and used frozen kale instead of spinach, and shredded some Gouda in place of the other cheese recommendation.
