2 week challenge: Getting in shape for vacay 🌴🌺🍹🐠
My boyfriend and I spontaneously booked a cruise a couple days ago and it leaves on January 2nd so I have 2 1/2 weeks to get snatched.
I’m going to use this as my journal to document my meals, workouts and progress to hold myself accountable and see my progress.
I’ll take better pictures tomorrow 🫣😂
Breakfast: 1 egg, turkey sausage, fruit
Lunch: chicken breast, roasted mixed veggies, pepper jack cheese, pepperoni, caramel rice cake
Dinner: chicken breast, roasted mixed veggies
Dessert: strawberries, fat free whipped cream, dark chocolate chips
& lotssss of water
Workout: 15 min ab workout
20 min Pilates workout
30 minute walk
