The phrase from the OCR, "She said I'm too calm, yeah cause yelling don't move God," highlights a powerful mindset: anger and raised voices seldom inspire positive change, but composed communication can foster understanding and progress. In many real-life situations, whether at work, home, or in social circles, people tend to react emotionally when stressed or upset. However, giving in to yelling can create barriers and resistance instead of solutions. Calmness allows for clearer thinking and better decision-making, which ultimately leads to more productive outcomes. Studies in psychology support the notion that managing one’s emotions through calm behavior can influence others positively, encouraging cooperation rather than confrontation. In spiritual or philosophical perspectives as well, some believe that calmness aligns with a higher power’s plan, suggesting that faith combined with serenity can bring about meaningful change. Next time you face a frustrating situation, consider the benefits of calm persistence rather than loud outbursts. This approach not only helps maintain your own peace of mind but also can open doors by moving conversations and actions forward in a constructive way. Embracing calmness as a strength might be the key to overcoming obstacles and achieving goals more effectively.

Lemon8 made a mistake 😱
I won a challenge from Lemon8 and received not one, but two boxes of the makeup brush set I wanted. The challenge was only supposed to award one set, so getting two was a pleasant surprise. I'm thrilled, and so is my niece. Since I didn’t need the second set, I happily gave it to her. 🥰 #glow
