Gentle movement, such as light stretching or yoga, enhances circulation and supports detoxification. Combining mindfulness with these lifestyle choices creates a holistic approach to wellness. It’s important to remember that these steps are not quick fixes but lifestyle commitments. I encourage anyone reading this to adapt these habits in ways that resonate personally, fostering both physical and spiritual health to keep cancer and illness at a distance.
