1. Boil eggs set aside

2. Cut 1/4 avocado

3. Cut hard boiled eggs in half, separate the yolks.

4. Add 2 TBSP Mayo to yolk to make the “dressing” ; smash and mix until smooth

5. Chop the egg whites and avocado together until in small pieces

6. Mix dressing and avocado egg

7. (Optional) add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard.
