High Protein White Chocolate Pecan Muffins🤤
Recipe (Makes 12 Muffins):
- 2 cups oats (ground)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup protein yogurt (I used Ratio)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp PB2
- 3 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add toppings of choice* I did 60g of pecans & 5 servings (75g) or white chocolate chips!
Bake at 350°F for 20 min, let cool for 5!
