Biscuits and Gravy

Make the best biscuits and gravy🤩

Ingredients-

• 1 pound ground sausage

• 1/2 cup all purpose flour

3-4 cups heavy cream or whole

milk

• Salt

• Pepper

Instructions-

Over medium heat cook the sausage until brown.

Do not drain the grease!

On low heat, sprinkle the flour over the sausage. Stir and allow the flour to cook for a few minutes while it absorbs the sausage grease.

Add your heavy cream or milk to the sausage/flour mixture.

How much milk/cream you add will determine how thick or thin your gravy is. Add more as needed. Continue to stir on low until it's your desired thickness.

Season with salt and pepper to your desired taste.
