I’ve learned a lot about pride & loyalty this year

••••••••••

People will defend their company, products, services, to the DEATH even when they aren't making money...

What's crazy is if you had two people flipping burgers, both doing the exact same job, and you offered one person LESS MONEY to do the same thing, they wouldn't defend their burgers, their job, their brand...

They would go to where the MONEY is... right?

Most of you all are KILLING YOURSELVES for a pennies on the dollar payout of only 4%. Most of these companies are keeping the majority of the field driven income and the owners are THRIVING off your blood sweat and tears... LITERALLY as many of you are crying every day...

It is exciting to finally be part of a company that has so many stars aligned.

I could go on and on...

But if all of our jobs are only to INVITE, PRESENT, CLOSE, DUPLICATE...

Why are you doing it for less income when MORE is available to you?

I'd love to hear your thoughts….

It is a common observation that people may fiercely defend their jobs, especially in companies that align with their values, even when compensation is inadequate. This phenomenon can lead to a sense of identity and camaraderie among employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared goals. However, it raises important questions about job satisfaction and motivation. Why do some individuals choose to stay loyal to a company despite better opportunities elsewhere? This loyalty is frequently a result of strong company culture, shared mission, and personal connections formed within the workplace. On the flip side, if employees perceive their contributions as undervalued, it can lead to significant dissatisfaction and turnover. As organizations strive to retain top talent, understanding the balance between employee loyalty and fair compensation becomes crucial. It is essential for both workers and employers to openly discuss salary expectations and recognition, ensuring that loyalty is rewarded and valued. Engaging in regular discussions about employee development and career paths can also minimize feelings of being stuck in stagnant roles, promoting a healthier work environment.

Obviously sometimes they’re grinding themselves into the dirt, but I feel like that might be a possibility. That and customers want reliability so if they’re claiming liability then There’s that
