However, medication alone is not the whole answer — a balanced approach involving regular physical activity, mindful eating, and mental resilience is key. Consistency became my mantra. I realized that every day of following healthy habits compounded the results and helped maintain the momentum. It wasn’t about being perfect, but about staying committed despite challenges or slow progress moments. Reflecting on before and after photos motivates me to continue improving, and sharing my story encourages others that they aren’t lazy or weak; they may just need the right tools and mindset to support their journey.
