Just some of the things I ate this week to keep going with my weight loss. I am striving to move my body more and more. Upping my step goal to 8500 next week instead of 8k.

I found that including a variety of colors on my plate not only made my meals visually appealing but also ensured a range of nutrients. Staying hydrated was another critical component of my week. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helped curb unnecessary cravings and supported my body's metabolism. I also made a point to increase my physical activity by setting a higher step goal, which not only aided in weight loss but boosted my energy levels and mood. Remember that weight loss is a gradual process that requires patience and consistency. By recognizing your achievements, no matter how small, you can maintain motivation. Keep a food journal to track your meals and emotions related to food, which can provide insights into your eating behaviors and help you make positive changes moving forward.
