Biscoff cookies Ingredients & Recipe:

Wet Ingredients:

- 2/3 cup brown sugar

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup melted brown butter

- 1 large egg & 1 egg yolk

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter

Dry Ingredients:

- 2 cups flour

- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp salt

Mix-ins:

- 4-6 crushed Biscoff cookies

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients well.

2. Let dough rest in fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

3. Bake at 350°F for 10-11 minutes.
