KLCG KL Cafe MUST GO✨🤍☕️🍰

Hello 🍋8 pals, I’m back with another #caferecommendation ! I recently visited a cafe in KL that was AMAZING 😋 the pastries were 💯 , mains were just as good & the vibes were lovely too~

⭐️Overall rating ⭐️ 4.5/5!!!

📍KLCG Confectionery & Bakery, Jalan Ampang

swipe to see what we got! My colleagues and I shared some pastries (KLCG is known for their pastries) & I ordered fish & chips + strawberry matcha! 🍓🍵 THIS matcha was LEGIT!!! It tasted a lil like Niko Neko’s Ajisai 2.0 (I’m quite particular on matcha and prefer to make my own at home since some cafes use culinary grade for drinks which is not that nice in my opinion)

Edit: I checked their website & they do indeed use Niko Neko aijisai!!! 😋

I’d highly recommend this cafe spot! 💖 do go early esp if it’s a weekend (I heard from my colleagues that it gets packed and you have to get a queue number on site. They have a waiting area tho~)

I will definitely come back to try more items on their menu 😋

... Read moreIf you're planning to visit KLCG Confectionery & Bakery, it’s helpful to know more about their menu and pricing to better plan your visit. From my experience, their menu offers delightful options such as pistachio praline (21.90 RM), canelé (8.90 RM), chocolate kunafa flan (15.90 RM), mochi fraisier (26.90 RM), strawberry matcha (18.90 RM), and fish & chips (34.90 RM). Each dish is crafted with care, blending authentic flavors with creative twists. The spacious and cozy ambiance makes it a great spot to catch up with friends or unwind with a delicious pastry and drink. One tip is to come early during weekends as the cafe tends to get quite busy and they use a queue number system for seating, but there is a comfortable waiting area. For matcha lovers like me, their strawberry matcha is a standout. They use the same premium-grade Niko Neko Ajisai matcha, which makes a big difference compared to many cafes using culinary grade powders. Don't miss their mochi fraisier, a unique fusion dessert combining Japanese mochi texture with classic French fraisiers. It’s one of the highlights of their menu and definitely worth a try. KLCG's location on Jalan Ampang is convenient and easy to find. Taking photos inside is also pleasant thanks to the bright and minimalistic decor. Overall, it’s a fantastic cafe destination in KL that delivers quality pastries, savory mains, and great vibes that I’ll definitely return to explore more menu items.
