These little rituals are how I set my day up for success—
before the noise, before the expectations, before the world asks anything of me:
1. drink a bottle of water
2. eat 20-30g of protein
3. visit my girls at the coffee shop down the street 🤍
4. 40mg Vyvanse + 20mg Lexapro
