「水光クリーム」って検索すると、ツヤが出る系・保湿が強い系など色々出てきますが、私がいちばん効果を感じたのは“塗るアイテムを変える”より“毎日同じリズムで育てる”ことでした。水光肌は一発で作るというより、うるおいの土台を積み上げるイメージが近いです。 私の場合は、クリームマスクを「水光クリーム枠」として毎日固定。ポイントは厚塗りしすぎないこと。たっぷり塗れば安心…と思いきや、私の肌は重くするとムズムズしたり、朝にベタつきが残ったりしました。なので、目元・口元の乾きやすいところは少し多め、Tゾーンは薄め、みたいに塗り分けています。ブラシを使うと均一に伸ばせて、手でゴシゴシしない分、刺激が減ってやりやすいです。 あと「抗糖化」って言葉、最初は正直ピンと来なかったのですが、くすみっぽさが出やすい時期ほど“保湿＋くすみケア”の両方が入っている水光クリーム（クリームマスク）が助けになりました。透明感は、ビタミンC・Eみたいな成分が入っていると気分的にも続けやすいし、肌が整って見える日が増えました。 水分補給は、私は“ちびちび飲み”が合っていました。まとめて飲むより、マグカップで手元に置いておくと忘れにくいです。水道水でも十分だけど、どうせ飲むならとシリカ水にしたら「飲む行為」自体が習慣化しやすかったです。ボックスインの大容量タイプは、ゴミが減るので地味に続きます。 最後に日焼け止め。外出しない日も塗るようにしてから、肌の調子がブレにくくなりました。ただ、いきなり日焼け止めだけ塗ると私はブツブツが出やすいので、洗顔→軽く保湿→日焼け止めの順番を徹底。首と手の甲まで塗ると、全体の“つや感”の統一感も出ます。 水光クリームでツヤを出したい人ほど、①毎日使える使用感か、②重ねても荒れないか、③日中の紫外線対策とセットで回せるか、を基準に選ぶのがおすすめです。続けるほど「あ、今日の肌いいかも」が増えると思います。
