Such a cute book! It’s about this small journalist, Monica, trying to climb the competitive industry. One day she gets an invitation to interview the legendary Evelyn Hugo. Why her? Why now? She hasn’t been heard in years. Monica goes and Evelyn offers her to write her life story but only after her death she may publish it.
This book was well written and the plot twist completely took me by surprise! It made me cry and stare at the wall in shock. The adorable romance is just chefs kiss. The only reason I gave it 9/10 is that the ending made me cry but I guess that’s what a good book does.
