First pic 🥰
Feb. 12. 25.
Been working on my diet and gym lately.
Really struggling with what I eat and when.
Always a battle to choose healthy over French fries. I’m doing okay tho.
Fitness routine is simple:
Dumbbell weights shoulder press (20lbs each arm)
Some simple hammer lifts (15lbs)
Ab workout routine filled with a plank, bicycle crunches, side Russian roulettes, leg lifts, and mountain climbs (10 min routine)
I finish off with a run or stairs 15-30 min
Embarking on a fitness journey can feel challenging, especially when you’re trying to balance diet and exercise. Many face the same struggle of choosing healthier options over tempting foods like French fries. Setting specific fitness goals can help motivate you to steer your eating habits in a better direction. Creating a simple workout routine can also improve adherence; for example, incorporating exercises like the dumbbell shoulder press, hammer lifts, and core workouts such as planks and leg lifts can build strength effectively. Aim for short yet intense sessions, followed by cardio exercises such as running or stair climbing, which can boost cardiovascular health and enhance calorie burns. Remember, consistency is key in any fitness journey. Celebrating small victories, like choosing a healthy meal or completing a workout, can foster a positive mindset. It’s important to listen to your body, making adjustments to your routine as needed, ensuring that it remains enjoyable. Finding support in a community, whether online or in-person, can also provide encouragement and accountability along the way.
