And I am so soo grateful that I am able to keep up showing up at the gym no matter the conditions of my dailies.
- School gets slow then all at once hectic but who’ll be at the gym in the morning?🙋♀️
- Mental health declining but who’s doing her core exercises? 🙋♀️
- Work in the afternoon? Guess who’s at the gym earlier than usual? 🙋♀️
Its funny coz i used to go to have control of my life, now i cant start the day without it. It literally awakens my body and gets me ready for whatever i need to conquer that day.
It is also very helpful being around people who are genuinely kind and constantly uplifting you, even strangers!🌻
