Apartment tour

This is my apartment. 950 sqft 1 bed/1bath $1,100k. I been living here for 7 years now. Price started off at $800 and suppose to be on the nicer side of town and luxury apt. However, things are getting downhill like people who don’t live here come and sit at our club house trashing the place. Going up on rent all the time due to new amenities such as rocks added for aesthetic, one peloton bike in the gym, and one car charger for e-vehicles. It’s quite laughable on what excuses they use to make rent go up.

I love the Boho aesthetic and try my best to make my apt feel as cozy as possible. I love being home to enjoy my rent! It can get pricey to be out all the time. I bought many things at discount stores or thrift stores or friends gifted things. I have a lot of things that I try my best to hide bc it can be an eye sore to me and it messes with me mentally. Does that affect you? Where you feel u have to move or rearrange or hide stuff?

I always had the intention to buy a home and so when I see pieces of items I want at such a good price I go ahead and get it. lol which causes major clutter issues at times.
