Most of us eat rice in our meals almost every week but do you know rice water has a lot of great benefits? Not only for hair but skin! It works wonders most Asian women use rice water as a part of their daily skincare routine, here is some of the great benefits rice water has.

Hair Benefits: detangle, increases shine, makes hair stronger, and help it grow longer help repair hair surfaces and reduce friction.

Soak Method: Soak 1/2 cup of raw rice in 2–3 cups of water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Boil Method: Boil rice in water, then strain the nutrient-rich water.

Fermentation (Optional): Let the water sit at room temperature for 12–24 hours for enhanced benefits.

Application: After shampooing, pour the rice water onto hair and scalp. Massage it in, leave for 5–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Frequency: Use 1–2 times per week.

Extra tip for skincare:

Toner: Balances skin pH, tightens pores, and hydrates.

Cleanser: Gently removes impurities.

Mask: Brightens, soothes inflammation, and promotes a smooth "glass skin" texture.
