Home is where my yarn stash is
About 2 weeks ago I took a trip to my parents hometown in Mexico and while the experience was beautiful and there was much to do, I also had quite a bit of down time. I knew this would be the case so I did pack a small collection of yarns, only my Lilly Sugar & Cream yarns. I ended up crocheting only one medium size project, a water bottle carrier.
At the end of my stay I found out one of my cousins is also into the fiber arts and I gifted her my remaining skeins and the water bottle carrier I’d made. I’d hoped to find yarn to bring back but had no luck. According to my cousin, it isn’t hard to come by but there isn’t much variety.
Needless to say, I’m happy to return to my complete yarn stash where I can make whatever I want 🫶🏽
