Iced Coffee and Pumpkin Bread
This is a super secret recipe!!!! Keep it between you and me only! This recipe will impress everyone that tastes it! If only our friends knew how easy it really is! The bread is only 3 ingredients. I like to spruce it up but you totally don’t have to!
You just need a can of pumpkin, a box of cake mix and some pumpkin pie spice for the bread! Simply mix the 3 ingredients together and toss it in a lined bread pan. Bake on 350 until a butter knife comes out clean (about an hour).
Pro tips:
Add a small bit of vanilla and butter extract into the bread.
Make a crumble to go on top. It is super easy and elevates the bread by like 10 levels!
