🌿 1. DIY Rosemary Water (Daily Scalp Spray)

🧪 What you’ll need:

• 1 cup distilled water

• 2–3 tablespoons dried rosemary (or a small bunch fresh rosemary)

Let’s make it:

1. Boil the water in a saucepan.

2. Add the rosemary and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and allow to cool fully.

4. Strain into a clean spray bottle or container.

💧 How to Use:

• Spray onto dry or damp scalp 1–2 times daily.

• Gently massage in with fingertips.

• No need to rinse out.

• Store in the fridge up to 7 days.

🧠 Tip: Use after showering or before bed for best absorption.

Rosemary-Infused Olive Oil (Double Boiler Method)

What you’ll need:

• 1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary

• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Let’s make it:

1. Prepare your double boiler:

• Fill a small pot with about 1–2 inches of water.

• Place a heatproof bowl or smaller pot on top so it rests above (not in) the water.

2. Combine ingredients:

• Add the olive oil and crushed rosemary to the top part of the double boiler.

3. Heat gently:

• Turn the stove to low heat — the water should simmer lightly, not boil hard.

• Let the oil warm for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

• Keep the temperature below 180°F (82°C) — the oil should feel hot to the touch but never bubble.

4. Cool and strain:

• Remove from heat and let the oil cool to room temperature.

• Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean, dry glass jar or bottle.

5. Store properly:

• Keep the infused oil in a cool, dark place or the refrigerator.

• Use within 1–2 months (refrigerated, up to 4 months).

How to Use:

• Scalp massage: Warm a teaspoon or two in your hands and massage into the scalp. Leave for 30–60 minutes or overnight (cover with a shower cap).

• Hair treatment: Mix a few teaspoons with your regular conditioner or hair mask.

• Shine boost: Rub a very small amount onto the ends of hair to reduce dryness.
