Creamy Alfredo “pasta” (Keto)
Use egg white wraps and cut them into slice noodle wise, however you like your chicken Alfredo.
Put butter into a pan and wait till it melts and then cook the egg white wraps until they get a little mushy.
Add Alfredo sauce that’s already been canned. If you like, (milk, cream, salt, and Parmesan)
Mix together and cook until it’s to the consistency you like. I added black garlic and truffle Parmesan seasoning to the mix and omg it made it taste like Olive Garden
Easy and tasty!

As someone who absolutely loves pasta, transitioning to a keto lifestyle was a challenge, especially when those creamy Alfredo cravings hit! Traditional pasta is definitely off-limits due to its high carb count. That's why discovering this brilliant egg white wrap hack for making keto-friendly noodles has been a game-changer for me, allowing me to enjoy a rich, creamy keto Alfredo without any guilt. First, let's talk about these 'noodles.' Using egg white wraps is genius! They're incredibly low in carbs and, when cut into strips and cooked gently in butter until they're slightly tender, they develop a texture surprisingly similar to thin pasta. I find they absorb the sauce beautifully, making every bite of this creamy keto Alfredo truly satisfying. It's an excellent solution for anyone looking for keto-friendly egg noodles or a delicious low-carb pasta alternative that holds up well with hearty sauces. While using a canned Alfredo sauce is quick and convenient, for those times when I want to elevate the flavor or ensure it's the 'healthiest alfredo sauce' option, I love to whip up my own keto pasta sauce. A simple homemade version can be made with heavy cream, cream cheese (a fantastic way to add thickness and richness, addressing 'cream cheese low carb' queries!), grated Parmesan, a touch of garlic, and perhaps a pinch of nutmeg. This creates a wonderfully thick, speckled Alfredo sauce that clings perfectly to the egg white wraps. If you're pondering how to make a creamy pasta sauce without cream or milk, you can experiment with full-fat coconut cream (though it will impart a slight coconut flavor) or even a cashew cream base, though for true Alfredo, dairy cream and cheese are key. For those needing a lactose-free alfredo sauce, there are now excellent dairy-free heavy cream alternatives available that can be used in place of traditional cream, alongside lactose-free Parmesan or nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. To make this a complete meal, adding protein is a must. I often turn this into a 'low carb chicken alfredo' simply by sautéing some chicken breast strips separately and mixing them in at the end. Shrimp also works incredibly well, creating a fantastic 'shrimp recipe low carb' dish. Just season your protein with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs before cooking. The combination of the tender egg white noodles, the savory sauce, and juicy chicken or shrimp makes for an incredibly filling and delicious keto dinner or even a satisfying KetoLunch. Another tip for enhancing the flavor: don't be afraid to experiment with seasonings! Like the original recipe mentioned, black garlic and truffle Parmesan seasoning can achieve that coveted Olive Garden taste. I also love adding fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, or even a tiny pinch of cayenne for a subtle kick. Understanding how many carbs in alfredo can vary, but by making your own sauce and using these egg white noodles, you're ensuring your meal stays well within your keto macros. This truly is an easy and tasty way to enjoy your favorite creamy pasta dishes while staying committed to your low-carb lifestyle. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!
