What’s everyones quick breakfast look like?

Some days I have no time and then the other days I do and this is one of those days, typically in a day I like to start eating healthy because if I eat healthy, I want to eat healthier towards the rest of the day , my plate consist of 3 scrambled egg whites with Taco Bell sauce, 1/4 cup pecan, 2 baby bell cheese (sometimes), 1 ratio strawberry keto yogurt, and a iced cinnabon iced coffee with 1/4 cup zero sugar cinnamon roll coffee creamer.
