Freelancer ups and downs.
Hi pixies, so I’m one of those who #KerjaDariRumah and can be categorized as freelancers, too? Since I did a few works from home haha… like sometimes I’m a designer, but sometimes I can be the one who works in the bakery section (for my family’s business if you haven’t already know hee).
So, from my experiences having my own business(es), I found some ups and downs from being one and here they are ⤵︎
ദ്ദി(ᵔᗜᵔ)
+ free time as in you can allocate your own timing
+ no commute cost
+ no pressure from the boss cause you’re your own boss
+ have some freedom in your creations or works
+ no need to think of what to wear? (ㅅ´ ˘ `)
+ you can accompany your parents at home
(·•᷄ࡇ•᷅ )
+ you might be overworking since you have all the time to yourselves haha (for me, you could see me sewing or creating till midnight haha but that’s when the creative inspos came in)
+ people think you have A LOT of free time since you don’t look like you’re working
+ might be exhausting if you’re a one-man team (you do everything yourself, from the production to marketing to just everything you need to finally the product reach your clients)
+ your financial progress might be slower than your peers or even not fixed for the month
+ people might think your services aren’t expensive since/ if you’re not under a big-name company
+ you might become even more introverted if you’re one like me? (∩˃o˂∩)♡
These are all that I can think of now but I feel like there’s more lol… any one of you experiences the same thing, too? And wanna add more to it? ( ꈍ◡ꈍ)
