PLOG: what I ate in JB
Hi pixies, as promised, here’s the list of cafes I went with my family during our short and full of schedules stay at JB last year~ We visited 3 cafes (1 of which was unplanned and supposedly there'll be another one which we didn't have the chance to yet, also a gelato place)...
The first one was TIP, The Ice-Cream Project, and oh, the place was tiny but got two floors... the texture of gelato was very lovely, it looked like they melted but actually didn't lol. Everyone enjoyed their gelato of choice. Mine was the double mint choco, and I can say it's refreshing and more minty than the one from Baskin-Robbins, which is one of my favs, too.
Pssst, we went to just get some sweets for dessert since we had our fulfilling early dinner at our favoured resto Matam AlBarakah Bistro in Iskandar Puteri before checking into the hotel in the heart of Johor.
done with the workshop (in Skudai) and wedding (in Pasir Gudang)... we made a trip to a nearby cafe, Maneh by Momo, from our workshop (well, it was a 20-minute journey too, though hahaha).
After some quick rest at the hotel, we journeyed to another cafe for a dinner that was somehow a bit sayang... why, you asked? It was because we went for the pastries, but they're all sold out by the time we got there (a verrry late afternoon; nearly dawn). To heal a bit of our broken heart, we tried the desserts that were still available, and luckily, I love love plain croissant, so I got one for myself to test. Everything was nice except a dish ordered by mom that was a tad bit too salty~ so, lesson learned for Loaf Adam Patisserie; get there as early as you can for their pastries haha.
Will go for more cafes if we’re ever in JB again ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎ ₊˚⊹♡ any of your favs in the list pixies?
