Touristing in pink white ft. my own brand~

Hi pixies, so the last time I went to JB, even for just a really short stay, my siblings and I managed to visit the Kota Jail as it was just right beside the hotel we stayed~ sadly no pop ups opened during our visit and we made a decision to go tour into the jail area for their exhibits.

#JujurDiLemon8 It was somehow a bit eerie when you know what happened there but somehow calm but yeah, do mind yourselves there~ not much photos at the inner area or the rooms cause iykyk (´∇`'') nonetheless, it was a great experience and we were already there so that’s why we decided to tour the inner part, too when originally we said just to check out the outer public area haha

We actually went to a workshop and cafes, hence why I dressed up like this and called it the 𝘫𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯-𝘫𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯 fit so it wasn’t really intended only for the Kota Jail heee. I love wearing the oversized pink shirtdress from the Over the Rainbow collection from my fashion line that day since it wasn’t hot at all even under the scorching sunlight… oh, it’s made of cotton linen btw maybe that’s what made it airy, too~ this was from my debut collection which was released in 2016! Like woah, we can join the 2016-2026 trend is it? ꉂ(˵˃ ᗜ ˂˵)

Jalan-jalan fit ♡

+ uniqlo black tee and heat-tech, dddd oversized otr shirt, lovito skirt, dddd bucket hat, shein scarves, mix-match rings & earrings & bracelets, toko oren socks, cekhas sandals, b.adore bag

Any pixies been to KOTAJAIL before? And lol the last slide, I already posted it though 𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯

... Baca lagiVisiting Kota Jail in Johor Bahru was truly an eye-opening experience for me and my siblings. What started as a casual outing near our hotel turned into an intriguing tour inside this historic site that has undergone a remarkable transformation. Originally known as Penjara Ayer Molek, this former jail has been revitalized as a cultural and creative placemaker under the name KOTAJAIL. The site's redevelopment is an inspiring example of how heritage spaces can be reborn to serve as vibrant community hubs and tourist attractions. From the information on www.kotajail.com, KOTAJAIL is positioned strategically within the Ibrahim International Business District, now hosting innovative events, workshops, and cafes that make it a lively destination for locals and tourists alike. Despite the eerie history associated with the place, the calm and thoughtfully curated exhibits provide visitors a chance to reflect while embracing the site's new energy. On my visit, I also enjoyed engaging in a nearby workshop and café hopping, which influenced my outfit choice. Wearing the oversized pink shirtdress from my Over the Rainbow collection made of breathable cotton linen kept me cool and stylish under the Johor sun. This debut line from 2016 fits perfectly with the current 2016-2026 fashion trend resurgence, blending comfort and fashion sensibility for street exploration—Jalan-Jalan fit indeed! If you’re planning to visit Kota Jail, I recommend pairing your outfit with layers like a Uniqlo black tee and Heat-Tech for varying temperatures, complemented by accessories like bucket hats and scarves to add both functionality and style. Exploring the inner exhibits may feel a little spooky, but it’s a worthwhile experience enriched by the cultural significance and creative reinvigoration of the site. For fashion enthusiasts, revisiting older collections and mixing pieces can create fresh looks that resonate with both personal style and current trends. Overall, Kota Jail offers a unique blend of history, creativity, and fashionable vibes that make it a memorable spot to explore in Johor Bahru.
