Gurame Kukus Jahe

📝Bahan:

- Gurame, bersihkan. Buang sisik, isi perut, insang serta siripnya. Kerat-kerat. Marinasi dengan garam, perasan jeruk nipis dan bawang putih cincang. Sisihkan.

- Jamur, bisa pakai enoki, kancing, shimeji, shitake atau portobello

- Bawang putih agak banyak, geprek lalu cincang kasar, jahe potong tipis lalu rajang halus. Daun bawang potong potong agak panjang.

📝Bumbu:

Campur jadi satu dalam wadah, saus tiram, kecap asin, kecap ikan, kecap manis, gula dan msg (optional), aduk rata.

🥙Cara masak:

- Tata dalam wadah tahan panas sebagian jahe, daun bawang dan bawang putih. Letakkan ikan diatasnya. Taburi sisa baput, jahe dan daun bawang diatas ikan.

-Kukus sebentar ikan selama 10 menit. Buka tutup kukusan, tata jamur diseluruh oermukaan ikan, tuang bumbu cair. Kecilkan api, kukus lagi selama 20 menit atau 30 menit. Angkat. Hidangkan bersama sambal yang dibuat dari campuran kecap asin, sedikit air matang dan irisan cabe rawit.
