🤍 My Story: I married the loml/best friend, left the military and have been a housewife since.
🤍 How I Felt: I felt like I was being “lazy” for not working. Even keeping the house up, cooking and cleaning didn’t feel like enough. I thought since we didn’t have any kids there was no real reason for me to home.
🤍 My Takeaways: Going from a super high pace environment to being able to create my own schedule and do as I please was harder for me than I thought. I feel so much conviction for complaining about “not having anything to do” or being “in the house too much”. I realize how ungrateful I’ve been. Not just towards my husband but towards God. I’m literally living in answered prayers! My husband takes care of EVERYTHING on top of putting up with me. From here on out I just want to praise God and love on my hubby. No more complaining for me. Especially when there’s nothing to complain about and I am living the exact life I begged for.
