I got my matcha in a JAIL?! 😱
Was really skeptical about having really good matcha in JB cause the one I had previously was a lil watery / diluted though many said it was good!

THIS WAS SO GOOD?! Even my friend agreed with me and we savoured each sip of matcha till the end! ONE OF THE BEST I HAD! I ordered the creamy matcha one and my friend ordered matcha with pistachio butter?! IT WAS SO SO GOOD 🤤
The former jail has now been transformed to be an event space and cafe / food space too! Do check it out when you are in JB! It’s about 5 minutes ride away from JB Central CIQ 🚕

What impressed me most was the quality and authenticity of the matcha here, especially since I’d had disappointing watery matcha elsewhere in JB before. The atmosphere adds to the experience too, with its unique setting just a short 5-minute ride from JB Central CIQ, making it very accessible for travelers. Beyond the great drinks, the cafe’s retro yet modern vibe makes it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends.
