Wishing I could freeze time
If only I could freeze time 🥹 #mom
As a mother, there are moments with my child that I wish I could freeze in time, moments so precious and fleeting that they feel like dreams we’ll revisit when imagining ourselves at 80 years old. These small, everyday experiences—like a quiet hug, a shared laugh, or seeing their eyes light up with wonder—become the memories we cling to as our children grow and life inevitably moves forward. I often find myself dreaming of a place where time stands still, a mental refuge where the chaos softens and only joy remains. This resonates deeply when reflecting on the future, picturing myself at 80 years old, returning to these moments in my dreams. It’s a bittersweet feeling; while we can’t physically pause time, holding these memories in our hearts helps keep those cherished feelings alive. From my own experience, embracing the present and capturing those special memories—through photos, journaling, or simply being mindful—can make the transient nature of life feel a little less hurried. It also reminds me to appreciate the complex, rewarding journey of motherhood and the profound love that ties us forever to these moments. Pausing mentally to savor the now is sometimes the closest we can get to freezing time.

So peaceful 😍what a view❤️
