Hey Malia! what GLP-1 are you taking? I am starting the tirzepetide injections in February. (Just had knee surgery so wanted to wait until I was 6 weeks out.) also what are you eating to get your protein in? You look absolutely beautiful! love your content and reviews...I am a Dollar Tree junkie 😆!
